Send your preferred date, event timings, location and selected package on WhatsApp. Availability, the date, coverage and total price will be confirmed in writing. An enquiry alone does not reserve the date.

No advance payment is required. The full agreed amount is payable on the same day, after coverage finishes at your event or shoot. Please arrange for the person responsible for payment to be available. The payment method will be agreed on WhatsApp before the booking.

All packages include delivery within 48 hours after the shoot. Your final edited, high-resolution photos and/or videos will be delivered via WeTransfer, an online file-sharing service. You will receive a download link—open it in your browser and download the files to your phone or computer. Please download and back up your files before the link expires; the expiry date will appear in the transfer email.

Photo quantity will be discussed on WhatsApp based on the scale of your event. The expected quantity depends on the scale of the event, guest numbers, activities and booked coverage time. Share your schedule on WhatsApp and we will confirm the expected edited photo quantity in writing before booking. We focus on useful, varied photographs rather than duplicates or test shots; photo delivery is not unlimited.

No. We deliver the final edited photo and video files included in your package. Raw photos, unedited footage and editing project files are not provided.

Choose your crew in the photo + video section. The one-person option covers one professional capturing both photos and video. Coverage is coordinated between the two formats; one person cannot capture every moment simultaneously in both. If you need continuous separate coverage, choose one dedicated photographer and one dedicated videographer. The dedicated-team option displays a separate fixed package price.

The short package covers up to 2 hours; the half-day package covers up to 4 hours; the full-day package covers up to 8 hours. Coverage runs consecutively from the agreed start time at one location. These are fixed packages, so finishing early does not reduce the price. Any extension and its charge must be agreed before extra coverage begins.

Please tell us in advance if the location is a public place or a venue where permission or a permit is required. We can provide the documents needed for the application. The required permission must be secured before the shoot; a confirmed booking does not itself grant permission to film. Responsibility for the application and any fees must be agreed before confirmation.

Choose one 2–3 minute edited highlight video or two reels. Please discuss your requirements with us on WhatsApp before booking so we can agree on the format, reel lengths and style. The package includes the agreed option, not both a highlight video and two reels.

Photos include colour, exposure and framing adjustments. Videos include the editing listed in your selected package. All packages include two free revision rounds within the agreed brief. Please provide consolidated feedback for each round. New concepts, reshoots and edits beyond the included revision rounds are not included and must be agreed separately before work begins. The 48-hour delivery applies to the initial edited delivery; any revision timing will be agreed when feedback is received.

Select the shoot location to see the package price including the displayed travel fee. Standard city locations are covered. Additional locations, remote areas, overnight stays, studio hire, drone work, venue charges and permits are not included unless explicitly agreed in the booking confirmation. Any additional cost must be approved in advance.

Get in touch on WhatsApp as soon as your plans change. A replacement date is subject to availability and must be confirmed in writing. Please also tell us about any changes to the venue, schedule or scope before the shoot so we can confirm whether the same package applies.
