A coordinated selection of rooms, exterior views and details for villas, apartments and commercial spaces. Before filming, we agree the priority areas and check access and available light.
Give viewers a guided visual introduction to the property. As a result, smooth sequences connect the spaces and highlight the features that matter to your listing.
Create shorter property videos for your social channels. For instance, we can discuss vertical framing, agent introductions and extra edits before the shoot.

First, share the property type, location, size and the photos or videos you need. We confirm access, timing and the scope.
Next, arrange for rooms to be tidy and accessible, with personal items put away. We work through the priority spaces and key features.
Finally, the selected images and footage are edited for the agreed deliverables. File formats, review stages and delivery deadlines are confirmed with you.

04 / A FEW USEFUL ANSWERS
Yes. You can enquire about photography, real estate videography or a combined shoot. First, we agree the rooms, exterior areas and final deliverables.
Declutter surfaces, tidy rooms, open access to the areas being photographed and check that lights are working. Share any special features or access restrictions before the shoot.
Dubai packages start at AED 900 for photography, AED 1,400 for video, or AED 1,600 for one person covering both, for up to 2 hours. Packages for up to 4 or 8 hours and a dedicated two-person team are also available. View all packages and travel fees. Share the property size, rooms and access details on WhatsApp so we can confirm the right coverage time and deliverables before booking.
Your initial edited, high-resolution files are delivered within 48 hours after the shoot via WeTransfer, an online file-sharing service. We send a link so you can download the files to your phone or computer. Two free revision rounds are included; revision timing is agreed after feedback. Raw files are not included.
